7. Approve to adopt Proclamation No. 2023-06, proclaiming April 2023 as National County Government Month - Board of Supervisors.
8. Discussion and possible action to adopt Resolution No. 2023-05, approving the proceedings of The Industrial Development Authority of the County of La Paz, Arizona, relative to the issuance by The Industrial Development Authority of the County of La Paz, Arizona, of one or more series of its tax exempt and/or taxable educational facilities revenue bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $40,000,000 for The Florida Charter Educational Foundation, Inc. Projects Series 2023 - Board of Supervisors.
9. Public Hearing: Ordinance No. 2023-01, a proposed ordinance of the Board of Supervisors, La Paz County Arizona, amending Ordinance No. 2011-05 (“La Paz County Zoning Regulations 2012”) by repealing and replacing zoning regulation section 601.06(C) height limits within the rural agricultural zoning district; and fixing the effective date hereof - Community Development.

Discussion and possible action regarding Ordinance 2023-01 a proposed ordinance of the Board of Supervisors, La Paz County Arizona, amending Ordinance No. 2011-05 ( “La Paz County Zoning Regulations 2012”) by repealing and replacing zoning regulation section 601.06(c) height limits within the rural agricultural zoning district; and fixing the effective date hereof - Community Development.
11. *Public Hearing: Docket Z2023-001 - APN 311-50-209B; Vivian Heartless, Guardian and Conservator for John S. Pitt; Superior Homes LLC requesting to rezone this parcel from Transitional Residential (TR) to Regional Commercial (C2); located at 31345 Riverside Drive, Parker, AZ 85344; further identified as commencing at the quarter corner common to Section 27 and 28, Township 10 North, Range 19 West, Gila and Salt River Meridian, La Paz County Arizona, in District 2, Supervisor Duce Minor - Community Development.
12. *Discussion and possible action regarding Docket No. Z2023-001; APN 311-50-209B; Vivian Heartless, Guardian and Conservator for John S. Pitt: Superior Design Homes LLC; requesting to rezone this parcel from Transitional Residential (TR) to Regional Commercial; located at 31345 Riverside Drive, Parker AZ, 85344; further identified as commencing at the quarter corner common to Sections 27 and 28, Township 10 North, Range 19 West, Gila and Salt River Meridian, La Paz County, Arizona - Community Developement.
13. Approve to ratify the Alternative Fee Agreement and Cost Pass-Through for Third-Party Consultants with DCR Transmission, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, relating to outside professional services necessary to facilitate the Cielo Azul Switchyard Project - Board of Supervisors.

3. Presentation: History of Animal Relief Fund (ARF).
4. Call to the Public: This is the time for members of the public attending in person to comment for a limit of three (3) minutes per person regarding matters not designated for a public hearing. Members of the Board may not discuss items that are not specifically identified on the agenda. Therefore, pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.01(H), action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter, responding to any criticism or scheduling the matter for further consideration and decision at a later date.
5. County Administrator and/or County Supervisor’s Current Event Summary: The County Administrator or Board Member may present a brief summary of current events summarizing recent occurrences without any discussion or feedback from the remainder of the board. The Board will not propose, discuss, deliberate or take legal action on any matter mentioned in the summary unless the specific matter is already properly noticed for legal action, and then only at such time as that matter comes before the board itself pursuant to its meeting agenda. A.R.S. § 38-431.02(K).
