Pitt; Superior Homes LLC, requesting to rezone this parcel from Transitional Residential (TR) to Regional Commercial (C2); located at 31345 Riverside Drive, Parker, AZ 85344; further identified as commencing at the quarter corner common to Section 27 and 28, Township 10 North, Range 19 West, Gila and Salt River Meridian, La Paz County Arizona, in District 2, Supervisor Duce Minor; approved unanimously (7-0) by the Planning & Zoning Commission at their meeting of March 30, 2023 - Community Development.

10. Discussion and possible action regarding Docket No. Z2023-001; APN 311-50-209B; Vivian Heartless, Guardian and Conservator for John S. Pitt: Superior Design Homes LLC; requesting to rezone this parcel from Transitional Residential (TR) to Regional Commercial; located at 31345 Riverside Drive, Parker AZ, 85344; further identified as commencing at the quarter corner common to Sections 27 and 28, Township 10 North, Range 19 West, Gila and Salt River Meridian, La Paz County, Arizona; approved unanimously (7-0) by the Planning & Zoning Commission at their meeting of March 30, 2023 - Community Development.

11. Approve State Lake Improvement Funds (SLIF) Grant agreement with the Arizona State Parks on behalf of the La Paz County Park for a 100% grant funded project - Parks.

12. Discussion and possible action on issuance of Termination Notice to the Landfill Contractor - Board of Supervisors.

Discussion and possible action to go into Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3)&(4), for legal advice from the public body's attorney(s) in order to consider its position and instruct its attorneys regarding the public body's position regarding contract(s) that are the subject of negotiations with Pirate's Den - Board of Supervisors. Convene into Executive Session Reconvene into Open Meeting
