3. REGULAR AGENDA (Discussion and possible action on the following items):
6. Public Hearing: Ordinance No. FCD 2023-02, an ordinance repealing and replacing Ordinance No. FCD 2010-01, and fixing the effective date hereof - Community Development.
7. Discussion and possible action regarding Ordinance No. FCD 2023-02, a proposed ordinance of the Board of Supervisors, acting in the capacity of the Board of Directors of the La Paz County Flood District, La Paz County Arizona, an ordinance repealing and replacing Ordinance No. FCD 2010-01; and fixing the effective date hereof - Community Development.
8. Discussion and possible action to approve submittal of the application for land for Recreation and Public Purposes (R&PP) to purchase the land occupied under lease number AZA 30933, formerly the Quartzsite Justice Court - Board of Supervisors.
9. Discussion and possible action to go into Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. §38- 431.03(A)(3)(4), to get legal advice from the public body's attorney(s) regarding: 1. Southwest Gas Offer of Judgement. 2. Intergovernmental Agreement Between the County, Town of Parker, and CRIT regarding recent changes in the law stemming from the Oklahoma v. Castro-Huerta Supreme Court decision; authorize Chairperson to sign said agreement. Convene into Executive Session Reconvene into Open Meeting All persons present at an Executive Session are hereby reminded that A.R.S. §38-431.03 imposes strict confidentiality requirements on discussions that occur in Executive Session. Generally, such discussions cannot be revealed to non-board members, unless necessary to carry out the purpose of the statutory provision that specifically permits an Executive Session. The Open Meeting Law provides for a fine of up to $500 for violating this confidentiality requirement and requires that this admonition be given.

3. Call to the Public: This is the time for members of the public attending in person to comment for a limit of three (3) minutes per person regarding matters not designated for a public hearing. Members of the Board may not discuss items that are not specifically identified on the agenda. Therefore, pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.01(H), action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter, responding to any criticism or scheduling the matter for further consideration and decision at a later date.
