7. Approve to adopt Proclamation No. 2024-02, proclaiming March 2024 American Red Cross Month - Board of Supervisors.
8. Approve to enter into contract with OVC, LLC (TheSheriffApp.com) to develop a custom design cell phone app and website for the La Paz County Sheriffs Office; Initial startup cost is $30,190.50 and covers development, marketing, and maintenance of the phone app and website for the first two years; Beginning with year three, the annual maintenance cost is $9,940; TheSheriffApp.com is a sole-source vendor - Sheriff.
9. Approve the Arizona Department of Homeland Secuirty-Operation StoneGarden Equipment Grant Agreement 21-AZDOHS-OPSG-210417-03 in the amount of $27,000 for the purchase of OPSG Equipment; 10 vehicle radar units - Sheriff.

2. Pledge of Allegiance/Invocation.
3. Call to the Public: This is the time for members of the public attending in person to comment for a limit of three (3) minutes per person regarding matters not designated for a public hearing. Members of the Board may not discuss items that are not specifically identified on the agenda. Therefore, pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.01(H), action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter, responding to any criticism or scheduling the matter for further consideration and decision at a later date.
4. County Administrator and/or County Supervisor’s Current Event Summary: The County Administrator or Board Member may present a brief summary of current events summarizing recent occurrences without any discussion or feedback from the remainder of the board. The Board will not propose, discuss, deliberate or take legal action on any matter mentioned in the summary unless the specific matter is already properly noticed for legal action, and then only at such time as that matter comes before the board itself pursuant to its meeting agenda. A.R.S. § 38-431.02(K).
5. Presentation: Overview of County General & Special Funds Revenues and Expenses for FY24 and Mid-Year position by Juliana Demers, Director of Administrative and Fiscal Services.
