6. Adopt Resolution No. 2024-14, a Resolution authorizing the submission of an application for FY25 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Special Project Grant Funds - Board of Supervisors.
7. PUBLIC HEARING: Docket CUP2024-02– APN 305-12-002Z with SITUS address 42375 Vicksburg Rd. Vicksburg, AZ 85348; further identified as Sections 1, Township 10N, Range 19W of the Gila and Salt River Meridians, La Paz County, AZ- in District 2, Supervisor Duce Minor. Property owners Bryan Holden & Chester Mason request a CUP to allow an off-road racetrack/practice track/events. The Planning & Zoning Commission approved, by 5-1 vote, the Conditional Use Request with the stipulation that all criteria are met for building and zoning codes at their regular Planning & Zoning meeting on June 6, 2024 - Community Development.

10. Discussion and possible action to approve the Holdover Agreement between the Town of Parker and La Paz County for use of the Shelter and related services - Board of Supervisors.
11. Discussion and possible action to approve the Intergovernmental Agreement with the Parker Unified School District #27 for election services for the General Election November 5, 2024 - Elections.
12. Discussion and possible action to approve the Intergovernmental Agreement with Quartzsite Elementary School District #4 for election services for the General Election November 5, 2024 - Elections.
13. Discussion and possible action to approve the Intergovernmental Agreement with the Buckskin Fire District for election services for the General Election, November 5, 2024 - Elections.
14. Discussion and possible action to approve the Data Sharing Agreement between the La Paz County Sheriff's Office - Jail and Arizona Complete Health - Complete Care Plan to help identify and provide continuity of care to persons who were receiving health services prior to incarceration and to provide the same continuity of care upon release from custody. There is no fiscal impact - Sheriff.

3. Call to the Public: This is the time for members of the public attending in person to comment for a limit of three (3) minutes per person regarding matters not designated for a public hearing. Members of the Board may not discuss items that are not specifically identified on the agenda. Therefore, pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.01(I), action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter, responding to any criticism or scheduling the matter for further consideration and decision at a later date.
4. County Administrator and/or County Supervisor’s Current Event Summary: The County Administrator or Board Member may present a brief summary of current events summarizing recent occurrences without any discussion or feedback from the remainder of the board. The Board will not propose, discuss, deliberate or take legal action on any matter mentioned in the summary unless the specific matter is already properly noticed for legal action, and then only at such time as that matter comes before the board itself pursuant to its meeting agenda. A.R.S. § 38-431.02(K).
