Property owner James & Clare Downing request to rezone from Suburban Ranch (SR) to Rural Agricultural (RA) for future land combination. - Community Development

10. Discussion and possible action to approve the La Paz County Sheriff's Office to enter into an Agreement with Trinity Food Services to continue to prepare and provide meals for the inmates at the La Paz County Jail. This is a budgeted item and there is no fiscal impact. - Sheriff
11. Discussion and possible action to approve the 100 Club of Arizona Safety Enhancement Stipend award in the amount of $6,273.00 to be used towards the purchase of 45 trauma kits for the deputies to carry in their vehicles. This is a budgeted item, there is no match, and there is no fiscal impact. - Sheriff
12. Discussion and possible action to approve the JWI Hosting Agreement and Scope of Work between Pragmatica LLC and the La Paz County Sheriff's Office for providing access to JWI hosting and support services which will expand ACJIS's capabilities to provide additional functions which will improve services provided by the Sheriff's Department and local law enforcement. The annual cost for this service is $15,214.50. - Sheriff

3. Call to the Public: This is the time for members of the public attending in person to comment for a limit of three (3) minutes per person regarding matters not designated for a public hearing. Members of the Board may not discuss items that are not specifically identified on the agenda. Therefore, pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.01(I), action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter, responding to any criticism or scheduling the matter for further consideration and decision at a later date.

County Administrator and/or County Supervisor’s Current Event Summary: The County Administrator or Board Member may present a brief summary of current events summarizing recent occurrences without any discussion or feedback from the remainder of the board. The Board will not propose, discuss, deliberate or take legal action on any matter mentioned in the summary unless the specific matter is already properly noticed for legal action, and then only at such time as that matter comes before the board itself pursuant to its meeting agenda. A.R.S. § 38-431.02(K).
