Discussion and possible action to approve a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the La Paz County Sheriff's Office and the Regional Center for Border Health, Inc. to provide Psychiatric and Medication Management services, Telethealth services, and Counseling services for inmates housed in the La Paz County Jail. This is a budgeted item and there is no fiscal impact. - Sheriff

Property owner Eleanore Stephan TR; Agent Sarah Neace requests a New Wireless Communications facility; 150' monopole plus associated ground equipment cabinets, all within a fenced 250 sq ft triangular shaped compound along the eastern parcel boundary. The monopole will be set back 15' from the parcel boundary. The Planning & Zoning Commission approved, by unanimous vote, the Conditional Use Request at their regular meeting on March 6, 2025. - Community Development
